Development of a campaign to attract trainees to the nursing profession
The task
A campaign was to be developed for the institutions in the AMEOS OST region in order to attract new nursing trainees. The message had to be eye-catching, funny, but also serious and portray AMEOS as a responsible employer.
The idea
The play on words with the consistently positive term “fair” was implemented in many ways in the campaign. The word formations are eye-catching and immediately catch your attention because you have to again and again think outside the box: What do they mean? And how am I doing personally?
The result
AMEOS presents itself as an employer that knows what young people need or are looking for: in addition to the right job and salary, this also includes support for starting their life as young adults and time for personal consultation. The design in bright colors is AMEOS style, the faces look likeable and authentic: That could be me too. Various print products, including large-format posters, were produced.
