"Finde, was du suchst": starke Kampagne der UVA für AMEOS Ost

Creation of a career campaign for AMEOS Ost

The “Find what you are looking for” campaign focuses on the needs of applicants and employees

THE TASK

AMEOS Ost is a large healthcare provider in rural Saxony-Anhalt, with 18 facilities at nine locations from Wernigerode to Schönebeck and a total of 4,000 employees. The careers campaign was designed to reach people who want to live and work in the region and, above all, value a secure job.

Career campaign for AMEOS East
We have what you are looking for, for example your new colleagues.

THE IMPLEMENTATION

The principle behind the “Find what you are looking for” campaign is the reversal of the structure and the classic message. This time it is not primarily about the employer’s search, but that of potential employees. The focus is clearly on their needs and expectations, and it is precisely at this level that AMEOS and employees should come together. The message is: You are looking for something, so are we! You offer professional competence, team spirit and motivation. We offer security, 4000 colleagues, development opportunities and benefits. Let’s see if we fit together.

It is aimed at specialists and those interested in an internship year, training, further training or clinical traineeships.

This AMEOS campaign by UVA also included advertising on buses
Attention-grabbing: advertising on local buses. We are from here!

THE RESULT

The main design motif and eye-catcher are the photos of the most diverse AMEOS employees, which express what the viewer might think: Are you looking for security, appreciation, nice colleagues, development opportunities, diversity in your job? Then you’ve come to the right place. Posters for a wide variety of occasions were designed for the campaign, including for bus stops, as well as advertisements and videos. The large-scale outdoor advertising on local buses was very eye-catching. This also conveyed the message: We are from here, we are coming to you.

Which campaign or career measure can we develop for you?
