TASK
As part of the employee recruitment process at AMEOS Hospital Einsiedeln, an idea was sought for a fresh, funny, provocative campaign. The aim was to make nursing staff aware of the clinic as an employer and ultimately attract them to AMEOS Hospital Einsiedeln.
IMPLEMENTATION
The framework conditions were discussed with the customer in a strategy meeting.
In the creative process that followed, the idea for a bold, eye-catching campaign was born. The focus has always been on the exceptional benefits offered to potential new employees.
Eye-catching images and bright colors paired with cool slogans form the foundation for the campaign.
Result
The campaign quickly attracted attention. As a result, many vacancies were filled in a relatively short time.
